Description

The Encyclopedia of European Union Law provides complete coverage of all EU constitutional texts, starting with the four basic Treaties in English, French, German, and also including all the European association agreements and such essential ancillary texts such as the European Convention on Human Rights and the Western European Union Treaty. The rules of procedure of the four European Courts and all the EU political institutions are included, as well as the second and third pillar texts. Each section is introduced with a general note and each instrument is annotated individually.
