内容説明

This study aims to benchmark the leadership capabilities of senior and civil servants of a federal government - using Australia as the example - against the leadership capabilities of top managers in the private sector and chairmen and executive and non-executive directors of NHS trusts in the UK. The research highlights the observation that despite a more positive and supportive internal culture of organization, the telling difference in terms of the performance of the organization is in the effectiveness or otherwise of the leadership of the organization.
