Description
In 1990 a new United States Immigration Act was introduced which initiated a significant change in American immigration policy. The Act was geared to attracting international business to the US. This text offers a detailed explanation of the new rules and procedures of American immigration law. The book provides broad guidelines on the legal framework, particularly aimed at the business community.
