内容説明
After identifying twenty-five reasons for which parents most frequently bring their children to a doctor, the authors of this book discuss the diagnosis and management of common paediatric problems - both physical and behavioural - in terms of the scientific evidence regarding the efficacy of various approaches. Three clearly defined categories - "no clear evidence", "suggestive evidence", and "firm evidence" - are used consistently throughout the book to assess the level of scientific support for the treatments discussed. Paediatricians; nurses; physicians; all others involved with primary health care for children.
