内容説明
The definition of media includes print, network and interactive media and the issues considered in this text are defamation, obscene and offensive material, inaccurate or misleading information, contempt of court, the law of privacy and personal information, and breaches and restrictions concerning areas such as advertising and unfair competition. This text discusses liability in the distribution and dissemination of information which is important for practitioners who may need to advise their clients on the differences between jurisdictions. What may pass as freedom of information in one country, for example, may fall foul of obscenity or libel law in another.
