内容説明
On January 1st 1998, the Netherlands introduced a new Competition Act. With this Act, the Netherlands moved into line with the European competition rules which include a system of merger control. Belgium also has a Competition Act, which entered into force on April 1st 1993 and which is almost a literal copy of the EC competition rules. This volume describes the substantive and procedural aspects of all three regimes with special emphasis on EC law, as this has been and should continue to be the source of inspiration for the interpretation of the Dutch and Belgian legislation. Businessmen active in the Netherlands and Belgium and their professional advisors may regularly be confronted with the possible application of all three systems described in this book.
