Description
This is the report of the Second Global Training Programme, which includes summaries of the three main teaching modules addressed during the three-week course. These three modules present an introduction to environmental law, a framework legislation on environmental management for sustainable development, which includes specific areas of national legislation for sustainable development, and thirdly, international legal instruments. The report contains lecture outlines and exercises on various topics covered within each module and aims to be a useful contribution to training institutions and policy-makers working in the area of law and policy for environmental management for sustainable development.
