Description and Table of Contents
Description
Aimed at learners who have studied two or three years of English, this is part of a revision and extension course which takes learners up to a level equivalent to Cambridge First Certificate. It aims to provide a motivating content and accessible reading and listening, and features comprehensive coverage of grammar, vocabulary activities and pronunciation work. Learner development is implicit in all the material and the first four units of the textbook are review units which activate the language students already know and help teachers to diagnose accuracy or fluency problems. The sections are arranged in such a way that the material can be used flexibly, in the order best suited to the teacher's approach, the length of the lesson and the needs of the student. The course comprises a students' book, teacher's book, workbooks with and without a key, and students' and class cassettes.
