Coaching is widely accepted as a successful approach to developing people. It is a powerful strategy for building a strong working team, creating people who have clear objectives, the competence to do their jobs, and the confidence to perform difficult tasks. To be a successful coach requires specific skills, and this book aims to pass on those skills.
