This is the 4th edition of this annual series concentrating on recent developments in cereal policies. The document discusses production, marketing, stockholding, consumption and trade. Within the publication are three chapters dealing with specific issues. One describes price band policies implemented in several Latin America countries. A second reviews Mexican cereal policies in the context of the North American Free Trade Agreement. A third provides a summary of the main provisions of the Agreement on Agriculture of the Uruguay Round.
