内容説明

The aim of this collection of work is to discuss the influence of environmental issues on "mainstream" and traditionally non-environmental legal subjects and social theories. The premise of the book is that environmental issues provide a distinct perspective on theories of law and society. Beyond this perspective, certain procedural, substantive and structural changes arise from trying to understand environmental problems and creating the legal tools to deal with them.
