Description
A study of the industrial development in the United Arab Emirates since the discovery of oil. The author shows that industrialization is one of the key policies for the UAE to follow in order to diversify an economy heavily reliant on oil, and identifies and investigates the severity of the problems facing industrialization. The book also investigates the problem of shortage of indigenous industrial skilled manpower.
