Description
Aimed at medical students, this title concentrates on the clinical aspects of biochemistry. Clinical points are highlighted, along with case histories, flow charts and summaries of essential information. The book lets medical students understand how to interpret laboratory results and see how clinical biochemistry relates to the care of the patient, without uneccessary scientific detail and laboratory techniques. It aims to present the subject in a user-friendly way with double-page spreads, numerous diagrms and colour illustrations, so making it suitable for both learning and for revision.
