Description and Table of Contents
Description
Now in its third edition, this text contains a comprehensive collection of documents on the law of international trade and is designed to provide a reference source for all those involved in this field. Its form should enable the main instruments of international trade law to be consulted easily. It should appeal to students and teachers of international trade as well as to international business lawyers, government officials, legislators and all those engaged in the operation of international trade. Since the publication of the first and second editions of this book, the appearance of new conventions and model laws has considerably enriched the law of international trade, and the present edition contains updated material. Certain parts have been substantially revised and rearranged and several new instruments have been included.
