内容説明
This report presents the results of a research project on teleworking and gender. It argues that teleworking men are taking on more domestic tasks, and that teleworking women are taking on the role of the breadwinner. Women, however are still taking more responsibility for childcare. It also argues that male teleworkers are taking on more "female" roles, and suffering many of the disadvantages experienced by women: contingent status; insecurity; relatively low pay; and lack of promotion prospects.
