内容説明
This textbook explains the basic legal principles of the UK constitution in an accessible and critical way. This, the third edition, has been substantially rewritten to emphasise general legal principles and controversial problems. Since 1997 the UK constitution has experienced greater changes than at any time this century. This new edition examines these changes including moves towards devolution and the Human Rights Act 1998.
