Description

The first edition of this text was published by the American Society for Surgery of the Hand in 1994. Focussing on developments from 1994 to 1999, the 45 chapters of this second edition are authored by experienced clincians in orthopaedic surgery, plastic surgery, oncology, and other hand-related disciplines.
