Description
The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 contains measures including strategies to combat youth crime; anti-social behaviour orders; sex offender orders; a restructuring of the youth courts; the abolition of the concept of doli incapax; new racially aggravated offences in relation to harassment and violence; a new community order relating to drug misuse over 16 and sentencing reforms.
