Description

The field of recycling is in constant motion. Although recycling has occurred in nature for billions of years (there is approximately the same amount of water on the planet now as there was when the planet was created), we humans have only adopted recycling on a large scale in the last 30 years or so. In the United States, the practice of recycling became socially accepted-instead of stigmatized-only recently, and in the past few years, it has become downright fashionable, the "politically correct" thing to do.
