内容説明

Mao Zedong's World View explores the relatively neglected period of Mao's life from his youth up to 1941, presents the idea that Mao's philosophical and political agendas were developed beginning in this era, and aims to correct the current academic views that these agendas applied to China alone.Part I of this study chronicles Mao Zedong's life up to 1941, portraying Mao as a world watcher and conscious commentator on international affairs, and describing his sense of the relationship between internal and external affairs. Part II discusses the issues between China and the world, and places Mao's general view of the world as a whole into this context. Part III focuses on the development of Mao's theories for revolution and his ideas for the development of the world.
