内容説明
This text takes the practitioner through all stages of handling a patient's sexual problems, from taking the history to recommending treatment - including Viagra - to knowing when to refer. The book is divided into two parts: aspects of talking to patients and clients about sexual problems generally; and focusing on aspects of sexual dysfunctions and the most common kind of sexual problems encountered by general practitioners. The latter includes how they appear; what causes them; how frequent they are; how they might be investigated (including suggested questions to ask); what kind of treatments are useful; what self-help readings to suggest; and when to refer to the specialist.
