Description
This work examines the forces affecting the streets of towns in Somerset and Gloucestershire. It explains how the system has either diminished or increased, criticising the public/private space dichotomy as a flawed tool which does not accord with reality as represented by the English Common Law. The information is presnrted in a chronological fashion and case studies of Bath and Wells.
