Description
The Performing Arts Center, designed by Los Angeles architect Barton Myers, is the focal point of a cultural district intended to stimulate the revitalization of downtown Newark, New Jersey. Based on a traditional opera house configuration, with a proscenium and full stage house, the seats are arranged on a parterre and in four tiers around the orchestra level.
