A handbook of gynaecologic oncology, offering a comprehensive but concise guide to the therapy of gynaecologic cancer. Edited and written by the faculty of the gynaecologic programmes of MD Anderson Cancer Center and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, it is designed to be a guide to the diagnosis and treatment of gynaecologic cancer, but it also features chapters on breast and colon cancers.
