"Butterworths Food Law" is a step-by-step guide to food law, an issue which has become very topical in recent years with penalties for food law offences and public concern about unsafe food at an unprecedented level. It fulfils the need for an accessible reference source on food law, written in simple language and explaining the principles and extent of current legislation.
