Description
This textbook covers many aspects of how to determine the extent of toxic damage to humans after exposure to chemical and physical agents in both somatic and germ cells. Various biomarkers of exposure, effect, and susceptibility are examined, in particular cytogenetic, mutational, immunotoxological, neurotoxological, and those involved in general organ toxicology. The workplace and general exposure situations are covered, with methodologies from basic to molecular explored.
