The quality principles are one of the golden threads of successful management that run through the entire life of a project - and beyond. Principles of Management for Quality Projects gives practical insights into the use of the quality principles in day to day project issues. Principles of Management for Quality Projects looks at the major activities that are common to most projects and lifts out both pertinent, and the less obvious quality aspects that are often overlooked by managers and consultants. Many of the quality related problems in projects do not have their roots in technical issues, but rather in management style approach and especially oversights or omissions. Hence, this book brings a modern management perspective to the achievement of quality in projects.
