This text studies how economic, political and legal institutions affect corporate governance and the production of corporate law; how the law affects the governance of economic relations between participants in corporations; and analyzes issues of legal theory and reasoning that arise in corporate law. Overall the author is interested in how legal reasoning adapts to its economic and political environment.
