Description and Table of Contents
Description
The theme of this volume is the use of advanced satellite measurements for investigations of three-dimensional magnetospheric effects. Two aspects of three-dimensionality are considered: large-scale connections between remote regions, and locally three-dimensional physical processes. The first section deals with the theme of the first Inter-Agency Consultative Group (IAGG) campaign on magnetotail energy flow and non-linear dynamics; the section section examines the high latitude iconosphere as the inner boundary of the magnetospheric system; the third section covers global mapping and coupling; and the fourth section looks at theory and modelling.
Table of Contents
