Description
This volume has been written specifically to complement "New Higher Biology" by the same writing team. The book adheres closely to the SQA Higher Still syllabus for Higher Biology, with each chapter corresponding to part of a sub-topic of the new syllabus. The examination-style multiple-choice questions and matching exercises are useful as "checking your knowledge" tests and should provide a useful glossary once complete. Simple line drawings illustrate the text and help clarify difficult concepts. Two specimen examination papers at the end of the book offer full-scale test practice. Answers to the multiple-choice questions are available to teachers on request.
