内容説明

This volume addresses the interests and behaviour of regional actors, and changes in regional and federal institutions in the former Soviet Union, specifically in Russia. The studies presented here are part of the research project "Transformation and Globalization", the aim being to look at the ongoing transformation in Post-Soviet spaces as processes shaped primarily by two groups of factors: institutions and structures from Soviet times, and the impacts related to globalization. This volume assembles texts which address regions and territories under both regions. Regions can be observed as actors with regional administration acting decisively, or as acting with regard to their interactions with the federal centre.
