This proceedings contains papers presented at the Watershed Management and Operations Management 2000 Conferences. Papers from the Watershed Management conference focus on a variety of topics including: federal agency activities; watershed modeling; integrated management; streambank stabilization; fire, sedimentation, and road impacts; and water quality issues and TMDLs. A highlight of the conference was a special track focusing on Irrigation and Drainage, featuring papers on infiltration issues, evapotranspiration models, wetlands management, irrigation water management, and water quality and runoff management. The Operations Management conference features a variety of papers on topics such as reallocation studies, trends in federal water policy, the use of forecasts in operations, and decision support systems.
