Description and Table of Contents
Description
This is a lighthearted international cookbook which encourages the use of fair trade products. Included are 100 recipes from chefs and Oxfam workers around the world, such as Rose Elliott's fruit curry, Ken Hom's cashew chilli chicken, Anton Mosimann's chocolate chip ice-cream, and Paul and Jeanne Rankin's Christmas cake. The recipes from Oxfam volunteers cover a wide spectrum, from honey-roasted vegetables to fruit meringue with spiced cream, as well as summer tea, mulled wine and a range of figure-challenging hot chocolate drinks.
