Description
This study presents reproductive health issues of adolescents in the Asian and Pacific region based on demographic trends and other socio-economic factors that influence sexual behaviour among adolescents. Two distinct demographic trends coexist in the region, both of which have important implications for the sexual and reproductive health of adolescents. The study also reviews governmental perspectives and policies on the sexual and reproductive health of adolescents in the region and concludes with policy recommendations.
