"Human resources in agricultural and rural development" has the primary aim of providing agricultural extension, education and communication professionals with information about innovative methodologies, strategies and institutional reforms that have been applied successfully in situations related to training, extension, education and communication. The experiences recorded are drawn from countries in as many geographic regions as possible, and may be of use at the filed level as well as the policy and management level. Land Reform presents articles that touch on problems related to access to land resources in various countries and regions, and contains notes on experiences in various FAO member countries.
