Recent research has unearthed new insights into brain disease. In this volume, leading scientists review the latest experimental and clinical findings on how the central nervous system (CNS) responds to injury. Brain Disease encompasses the mechanisms of CNS disorders, such as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, stroke and traumatic brain injury.
