Description and Table of Contents

Description

International migration is at an all time high. However, only recently have the human rights dimensions of migration been considered. Under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, human rights are universal, indivisible and inalienable. However, their extension to many vulnerable groups, such as migrants, has been a long and difficult process and is by no means complete. This collection of articles has been compiled to promote further debate and research on the issues of migration and human rights.
