内容説明
To increase entrepreneurial activity in small firms, many governments have introduced policies to increase small firms' access to capital. This collection of essays combines a study of current policy in Australia, the US and the UK, with an examination of the actors within these markets, and the governance mechanisms used to protect the relationships between entrepreneurs and investors. This interdisciplinary collection also provides details about the nature of contracts and governance of contracts struck in these markets, and demonstrates the ethical dilemmas arising in these relations.
