This volume examines the international activities and connections of the Black Panther Party, looking in particular at a series of contacts between the Black Panther Party and the people of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and its consequences. The Party served as a catalyst in Halifax, bringing discussion and debate over racial problems to the forefront in that community.
