Description
The incidence of sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children and youth is on the rise in Asia, demanding urgent action. In addition to thriving cross-border trafficking networks, which lure or force children into prostitution, young people are increasingly entering commercial sex work, unaware of the conditions in which they will work or what the mental and physical consequences will be. This publication outlines seven good practices, which were chosen for their innovation and effectiveness in combating sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children and youth.
