Description
Good fences make good neighbours wrote Robert Frost some sixty years ago. The trouble in South Asia is that the fences are overtly strong and yet they do not help good neighbourliness. Four experts, one each from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka have separate chapters examining a particular facet reflecting the respective perspectives.
