内容説明
This text examines the motor performance and movement education of children and youths. Focusing on the applied aspects of motor development and developmental physical activity, this book looks at cross-cultural considerations in the motor performance of children. Gallahue attempts to help parents, teachers and coaches to be more effective in knowing more about the child with whom they interact. The text includes a CD-ROM containing lesson activities, an instructor's guide including chapter outlines and test questions and a PowerPoint slide presentation. The first 17 chapters contain elements called "Reality Checks" that present real-life situations and discussion questions. "Teaching tips" elements throughout the book list information about a specific topic.
