This volume focuses on the most essential foundation laws for the foreign investor and student of foreign economic relations. Translated from the Russian by Professor Butler, it covers legislation relating to insurance, insolvency, companies and partnerships, state and municipal enterprises, noncommercial organizations, civil rights, and foreign investment.
