Description and Table of Contents
Description
In this work, mathematical and numerical models for fluid-structure interaction are described. These interactions occur in mechanical systems involving a fluid (gas or liquid) that have a mechanical influence on each other. They are of particular importance in aerospace and in mechanical and biomedical applications. Special treatment is given to compressible fluids and unstable models.
