With imminent changes in educational requirements for athletic trainers looming, new review materials will be required to assist students preparing for the new exam. This book is geared to the student who wants to be successful in taking the athletic training certification exam. This book is broken into three parts, with part 1 describing test procedures, administration and scoring together with strategies to help control a stressful test environment. Part 2 describes the structure of the exam covering written, practical and simulation components. Part 3 offers hundreds of questions designed to simulate real test conditions. Questions for the written and practical exams are presented in multiple choice and yes/no formats. The written simulation questions provide students with training situations requiring appropriate decision making solutions. Written questions are fully referenced and documented allowing students to review subject areas as the need arises.
