Consists of the proceedings or minutes of eight workshops held throughout 1995 and 1996 in Jerusalem and London. Participants included representation from the following institutions: Palestinian Academic Society for the Study of International Affairs (Jerusalem), the Moshe Dayan Center for Middle Eastern and African Studies at Tel Aviv University, and, the Center for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan. The workshops were also sponsored by the Royal United Services Institute for Defense Studies (London), and, the Inter-University Consortium for Arab Studies at McGill University (Montreal)
