Description

The purpose of this essay is to demonstrate unreservedly and clearly that his picture conflicts with historical reality and that, while not denying the existence of some large landholdings, worked with slave labour, not that of fine mansions, the Spanish conquistadors and their heirs, the royal administrators and later colonist all followed designs rooted in the civic tradition of the motherland.
