Description and Table of Contents
Description
The book addresses the topic of cultural rights with special emphasis on developing countries. It examines issues central to cultural autonomy in a globalized communication environment and explores new approaches, which may ensure a more equitable participation of poorer countries in defending their cultural rights. Special emphasis is given to the implications of globalisation for the cultural survival of smaller and weaker developing countries.
