<<arbitration interactive>> combines the traditional casebook with modern DVD technology. In the book, the reader is guided through the business relationship between a Dutch and a Swiss company, from the negotiations of the export contract over the commencement of an international arbitration, the appointment and challenge of arbitrators, the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal, the conduct of the hearings, including the taking of evidence (hearing of witnesses, documentary discovery) up to the setting aside and enforcement of the final award.
