Description and Table of Contents
Description
A comprehensive and self-contained reference book, designed as a core text on the Legal Practice Course. It describes, with illustrations and precedents, the whole of the litigation process, from obtaining instructions through to trial and enforcement of judgments. The guide emphasizes the practicalities of the civil litigation process and considers a variety of scenarios in the fields of personal injury and commercial litigation, including preparation and management of a case. Particular emphasis is given to the rules of evidence and their continuing practical importance throughout the civil litigation process. This new edition includes all changes to the Civil Procedure Rules and has also been updated to be more accessible to students. It includes a number of keynote summaries and flowcharts.
